One-on-One Training Single Session

Lindey will accompany you through a workout session and provide guidance and recommendations to get the most out of your training.
Single Session (45-60 minutes) – $30



One-on-One Training Packages

Meet with Lindey during the week for one-on-one, face-to-face guidance through your workouts.  Includes detailed and personalized workout plan 6-days a week, personalized nutrition plan, and cardio recommendations
8 Session Package (2 sessions per week for 4 weeks) – $200
12 Session Package (3 sessions per week for 4 weeks) – $276
16 Session Package (4 sessions per week for 4 weeks) – $320
20 Session Package (5 sessions per week for 4 weeks) – $360
Kick-Start Program (5 sessions with workout plan and nutrition) – $130

Small Group Training Packages (2-3 people)

Bring a friend and save some bucks! Lindey will meet with you and a friend (or two) during the week and guide you through your workouts! This is great for moms and daughters, sisters, friends, co-workers, and any 2-3 people who are willing to commit to breaking a sweat with you for at least 4 weeks!  Includes detailed workout plan for 6-days a week, personalized nutrition plan, and cardio recommendations. Pricing is total for group.
8 Session Package (2 session per week for 4 weeks) – $150 per person
12 Session Package (3 sessions per week for 4 weeks) – $200 per person
16 Session Package (4 sessions per week for 4 weeks) – $250 per person
20 Session Package (5 sessions per week for 4 weeks) – $300 per person

Online Packages

Nutrition plans are developed based on your current metabolism and nutritional intake. Lindey will develop a personalized meal plan for you to help you gain, lose, or maintain body weight depending on your goals. Overall macro-nutrient intake, timing, and arrangement are the ultimate keys to SUCCESS!

Boot-Y Camp Program – $40

This is an 8 week program is designed specifically to build and tighten the booty and the backs of those legs! This plan includes 8 weeks of daily instructions from workouts to rest days, and everything in between. Booty targeting cardio options, post-workout suggestions, as well as accessory booty work to add into your daily workouts are all outlined in the Boot-Y Camp Program.
